Terms and Conditions

(Project Youth - SWT)

1. The imperative of the task

Each volunteer will be required to fill 20 survey forms (4 Project 5 Forms) per day.

If the assigned work is not completed, the honorarium for that month will not be given.

2. Working Period

The initial duration will be 6 months, which includes training and survey work. The duration may be extended if required.

3. Honorarium/Payment

On timely and correct completion of work, ₹10,000 honorarium, ₹2,000 T.A./D.A. - ₹12,000 per month will be given.

Payment will be made through online bank transfer only.

4. Training

All volunteers will be given Product Making Skill Training Course free of cost.

The training will be conducted both online and offline.

After completing the training, you will get a job in future with a salary of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month.

5. Discipline & Conduct

Providing false information, submitting falsified documents, or being negligent in your work will result in immediate cancellation of your selection. Any conduct that may tarnish the image of the organization will be dealt with promptly.

6. Work Supervision

All volunteers will work under the supervision of the District Coordinator.

The final control will remain with SWT

7. Confidentiality

The information obtained during the survey must be kept confidential.

Leaking data by any volunteer will be considered a crime.

8. Resignation/Suspension (Termination)

If any volunteer wants to leave the work, he will have to give written notice at least 15 days in advance.

In case of work irregularities, financial irregularities or rule violations, immediate suspension may be imposed by the organization.

9. It is mandatory for volunteers to be present in the Training/Survey at the scheduled time.

Repeated absences may result in cancellation of nomination.
10.  Declaration and Consent by Participate 

I/We hereby declare that the Agreement and Documentation Fee of ₹300/- (Rupees Three Hundred Only), collected for participation in the project, is being paid voluntarily and is payable solely to Minal Yuva Sangathan. This amount is collected for the purpose of agreement and documentation and has no direct or indirect financial liability on the part of Sahayata Welfare Trust(the State Coordinator), District Coordinator, or any other associated representative.

I/We further understand and agree that this fee is *non-refundable* . In the event of project cancellation, postponement, discontinuation, non-implementation, withdrawal by the participant, or any other default or unforeseen circumstance, Sahayata Welfare Trust (State Coordinator), District Coordinators, or any associated representatives shall not be held responsible or liable for any refund, compensation, claim, or dispute related to this fee.

By making this payment, I/We confirm that the fee is being paid at our own discretion, understanding, and responsibility, and we agree to abide by the above terms and conditions.

11. Self Declaration by Participant

I hereby declare that all information, documents, affidavits, stamp papers, and supporting records submitted by me are true, complete, valid, and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.

I understand and agree that if any information provided by me is found to be false, misleading, incomplete, concealed, or incorrect, or if any required document, affidavit, stamp paper, or supporting record is not submitted in the prescribed format, proper series, validity, or as per the specified guidelines, my application shall be liable to immediate rejection/cancellation without any prior notice.

I further acknowledge that in such cases, any fees, charges, or payments made by me shall be treated as non-refundable, and I shall not claim any refund, compensation, or reimbursement from the concerned authorities.

I understand and accept that the decision regarding the acceptance, rejection, or cancellation of my application shall solely rest with the Sahayata Welfare Trust(state Co ordinator), Minal Yuva Sangathan, and the concerned District Coordinator, and their decision shall be final and binding upon me.

By signing this declaration, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all the above terms and conditions.

Note There is no charge for training at Project Youth, but the organization has set aside a contribution of ₹201 for the development of the organization. For use portal. All youth have to contribute this amount at the time of registration as a Donation.
