Objective of Training: -

Providing Employment, training, and survey opportunities to youth, especially from economically weaker section of society.

Area of Training: -

This Project approval has been made for the entire state of West Bengal

Registration for training: -

Training registration fees 101/-One Hundreds one Only. (Onetime Payment) For Six Month.

Youth can registrar them self via our website: www.sahayatawelfaretrust.org After 2nd November 2025

Age & Qualification: - Minimum Age of Youth 18+ to 40 years and Qualification 10th Passed will participant this project

Note: In every district only 200 youths can Participants in this project

Volunteer Registration & Job Opportunities.

Unemployed youth from economically weaker sections shall be registered as Volunteers

Each registered Volunteer will receive a Kit, including:

*Identity Card (ID Card)

*Work Order Letter

*All necessary permissions for survey work

*A copy of the Agreement for each child surveyed

Offline survey forms for areas without internet access Work: -

Each Volunteer must complete 20 forms daily (5 forms per project × 4 projects) continuously for 28 days and upload them to the online app.

Education: Survey of children aged 3-10 years whose parents cannot provide education due to financial constraints. (5 forms daily)

Health: Survey of rural individuals who are sick and lack proper medical facilities. (5 forms daily)

Rural Self-Employment: Survey of illiterate and unemployed rural individuals. (5 forms daily)

Youth Self-Employment: Survey of educated but unemployed youth; Volunteers must guide them through courses and employment opportunities. (5 forms daily)

Payment (honorarium): -

Each Volunteer shall receive ₹10,000 honorarium + 2,000 T.A./D.A. = 12,000 per month for 6 months.

After completion of training, Volunteers will be paid 15,000 to 20,000 per month depending on qualification and certification.

After completing the 28-day survey, payment to Volunteers shall be made within 7 days.

If a Volunteer fails to complete the work, no honorarium will be paid for that month.
