This is to inform all concerned Project Youth Coordinators, Applicants/Participants, Volunteers, Youth Members, and members of the general public that “Project Youth”, a programme associated with Milan Yuva Sangathan, in which Sahayata Welfare Trust had participated in the capacity of a State Coordinator, has been discontinued from the involvement and responsibility of Sahayata Welfare Trust due to serious concerns, irregularities, and disputes associated with the programme.
In view of the complaints and circumstances relating to Project Youth, Sahayata Welfare Trust has already submitted the necessary complaint/information before the concerned Police and Administrative Authorities. The matter has also been brought to public attention through the media for the awareness and protection of concerned participants and members of the public.
All concerned persons are hereby advised to exercise extreme caution if they receive any communication in the name of Project Youth, including but not limited to:
Do not make any payment, share personal/banking information, submit documents, or participate in any such activity without independently verifying its authenticity through an authorized source.
Sahayata Welfare Trust hereby makes it clear that it does not presently operate, authorize, manage, promote, collect money for, recruit for, or conduct any new activity under the name of “Project Youth.”
Sahayata Welfare Trust shall not be responsible or liable for any unauthorized calls, messages, financial transactions, promises, commitments, recruitment, training, certificate issuance, stipend/payment claims, or any other activity carried out by any individual, group, organization, or third party using the name of Project Youth or the name of Sahayata Welfare Trust without its current written authorization.
Any person who voluntarily engages with or participates in any such unauthorized activity, makes a payment, shares personal information, or enters into any transaction does so at their own risk and responsibility.
Sahayata Welfare Trust hereby formally declares that its involvement and responsibility in relation to the Project Youth Programme has been discontinued, and the Trust does not accept any responsibility for any future activity, communication, financial transaction, recruitment, training, certificate, stipend, employment assurance, or other representation made in connection with Project Youth by any unauthorized person or organization.
All Coordinators, Applicants, Participants, Volunteers, and young people associated with or who have previously applied to the programme are advised not to rely upon any unverified information, telephone call, WhatsApp message, social media communication, or other representation concerning Project Youth.
In case of any suspected fraud, unauthorized communication, or financial demand, concerned persons are advised to maintain relevant records and, where appropriate, report the matter to the NGO Authorities.
For any genuine query concerning previous participation, application, documentation, or other matters relating to Project Youth, concerned Applicants, Participants, or Coordinators may communicate with Sahayata Welfare Trust through the following official email address:

This notice is being issued by Sahayata Welfare Trust in the public interest to create awareness, prevent possible misuse of the name of the Trust and Project Youth, and caution all concerned persons against unauthorized communications and activities.

Sahayata Welfare Trust hereby issues this Official Public Warning and Legal Disclaimer for the information, safety and protection of all Project Youth Coordinators, Applicants, Participants, Volunteers, Youth Members and members of the general public.
It has come to the attention of Sahayata Welfare Trust that serious complaints, concerns and reported irregularities have arisen in connection with the “Project Youth” Programme associated with Milan Yuva Sangathan, in which Sahayata Welfare Trust had earlier been associated in the capacity of a District Coordinator.
In view of the circumstances and complaints received in relation to the programme, Sahayata Welfare Trust has discontinued its involvement and responsibility in relation to Project Youth.
The Trust has also taken the matter up with the concerned Police and Administrative Authorities by submitting the necessary complaint/information. The matter has further been brought to public attention through appropriate media communication for the awareness and protection of concerned persons.
All concerned persons are hereby strictly warned and advised NOT to rely upon, respond to, or participate in any communication or activity being carried out in the name of “Project Youth” unless its authenticity is independently verified through an officially authorized source.
In particular, no person should:
ANY SUCH COMMUNICATION SHOULD BE TREATED AS UNAUTHORIZED UNLESS VERIFIED.
Sahayata Welfare Trust hereby expressly states and declares that, as of the date of this notice, the Trust does not authorize, operate, manage, conduct, promote, collect money for, recruit for, or undertake any new activity under the name of “Project Youth.”
Accordingly, Sahayata Welfare Trust shall not be responsible or liable for any unauthorized act, representation, promise, communication, financial transaction, collection of money, recruitment, appointment, training, certificate, stipend, employment assurance, registration, documentation, or any other activity undertaken by any person, group, organization, intermediary or third party in connection with Project Youth without valid written authorization from the Trust.
Any person who, after publication of this notice, voluntarily engages with an unauthorized person or entity, makes any payment, transfers money, shares personal/banking information, submits documents, joins an unauthorized group, or participates in any unauthorized activity relating to Project Youth does so entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
The Trust shall not be responsible for any resulting financial loss, data loss, identity misuse, fraudulent transaction, unauthorized commitment, misrepresentation, or other consequence arising from such unauthorized dealings.
No person shall represent himself/herself as an authorized representative, coordinator, employee, officer, agent, district representative or intermediary of Sahayata Welfare Trust in connection with Project Youth unless such authority is currently valid and expressly confirmed in writing by the Trust through its official communication channel.
Any person making such representation without authorization shall be doing so at his/her own responsibility, and Sahayata Welfare Trust reserves the right to take appropriate action before the competent authorities under applicable law.
Sahayata Welfare Trust hereby formally declares that:
“The Trust has discontinued its involvement and responsibility in relation to Project Youth and shall not be responsible for any future or unauthorized activity, communication, transaction, representation, recruitment, training, certificate, stipend, payment or commitment made under the name of Project Youth.”
Any previous association of Sahayata Welfare Trust with the programme shall not be interpreted as continuing authorization, endorsement, guarantee, sponsorship or responsibility for any present or future activity undertaken under the name of Project Youth.
All persons who have previously applied for, participated in, coordinated, promoted or otherwise been associated with Project Youth are strongly advised to:
Where any person believes that they have suffered financial loss or have been subjected to fraud, they should promptly approach the appropriate law-enforcement or competent authority and provide all available documentary evidence.

This notice is being issued in the public interest and as a precautionary measure to protect applicants, participants, coordinators, youth and members of the general public from possible misrepresentation, unauthorized use of the Trust's name, fraudulent communications or financial exploitation.
Sahayata Welfare Trust reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law in respect of any unauthorized use of its name, logo, documents, identity, representation or association.
This Public Notice supersedes any previous informal communication concerning the Trust's continuing involvement or responsibility in Project Youth.

Age & Qualification: - Minimum Age of Youth 18+ to 40 years and Qualification 10th Passed will participant this project
Note: In every district only 200 youths can Participants in this project
Volunteer Registration & Job Opportunities.
Unemployed youth from economically weaker sections shall be registered as Volunteers
Each registered Volunteer will receive a Kit, including:
*Identity Card (ID Card)
*Work Order Letter
*All necessary permissions for survey work
*A copy of the Agreement for each child surveyed
Offline survey forms for areas without internet access Work: -
Each Volunteer must complete 20 forms daily (5 forms per project × 4 projects) continuously for 28 days and upload them to the online app.
Education: Survey of children aged 3-10 years whose parents cannot provide education due to financial constraints. (5 forms daily)
Health: Survey of rural individuals who are sick and lack proper medical facilities. (5 forms daily)
Rural Self-Employment: Survey of illiterate and unemployed rural individuals. (5 forms daily)
Youth Self-Employment: Survey of educated but unemployed youth; Volunteers must guide them through courses and employment opportunities. (5 forms daily)
Payment (honorarium): -
Each Volunteer shall receive ₹10,000 honorarium + 2,000 T.A./D.A. = 12,000 per month for 6 months.
After completion of training, Volunteers will be paid 15,000 to 20,000 per month depending on qualification and certification.
After completing the 28-day survey, payment to Volunteers shall be made within 7 days.
If a Volunteer fails to complete the work, no honorarium will be paid for that month.
